Run for YK1's Board of Trustees!
Do you want to be a Trustee for Yellowknife Education District No. 1 (YK1)? Do you want to give back to your community in a meaningful way by governing education? The next elections for the Board of Trustees of Yellowknife Catholic Schools (YCS) and the Board of Trustees of YK1 will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022. The nomination period for Trustee candidates opens at 12:00 p.m. on September 6, 2022 and closes at 3:00 p.m. on September 19, 2022. Seven (7) individuals will be elected to YCS's Board of Trustees, and seven (7) individuals will be elected to YK1's Board of Trustees.
