My name is Karen Faulkner and I will be teaching Montessori JK this year.

This is my ninth year in Yellowknife, and my 19th year teaching preschoolers. Before moving to Yellowknife to teach Montessori, I taught in Nova Scotia at 3 daycares, teaching infants to age 12.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to sporting events with my daughter, watching her play sports, getting together with friends, going home to Nova Scotia to spend time with my family, and travelling the world with my daughter, Raine.

I look forward to a fun and educational year with all of my students!
