Last week, there were many activities going on at École Itlo. All classes participated in a school-wide clean upeveryone did their part in picking up garbage and cleaning up the playground.

Special Author visit from Lisa Bowes came to present her Lucy Tries Sports series to our grade 1-3 classes last Friday. Her goal is to encourage children, through her books, to be more active and try new sports.

Breakfast Club
We continue to offer a breakfast program to all Itlo studdents. Serving whole wheat toasts, bagels, cereals, milk, cheese, yogurts, oatmeal and fruits. We are looking for Breakfast Program volunteer from 7:50 - 8:40 each morning. If you have a few minutes to spare in the mornings, please sign up here.
*** A reminder that JK students are welcomed to attend breakfast club however must be accompanied by a parent or adult.***
NWT Track & Field Championships - Hay River June 4th-5th-6th
Only 1.5 practices left! Tuesday at lunch is the last practice! Please note the last afterschool practice is Monday, June 2nd. Good luck!
Clubs will take a break this last month.
The warmer temperatures have arrived and more and more students are going outside for recess and so, we have decided to cancel all clubs until the end of the year. Stay tuned for the clubs in the fall.
PS. If you have a talent that you would like to share at noon with students please let me know :)
