Paul is one of our Vice Principals at Sir John. Paul has been a high school/junior high/elementary teacher and administrator since 1979.  He has taught in Alberta, the high Arctic in both the NWT and Nunavut, as well as Yellowknife for the past 21 years alone.  Paul has always looked at a variety of tools to “measure what we value” in our schools and consequently “value what we measure” in order to attain these high standards. Paul was the Canadian Outstanding Principal 2011 National Winner and truly enjoys working with the administration team, staff, students and parents in this most dynamic school, École Sir John Franklin High School.
