Dear Parents and Guardians,


We hope you are enjoying your summer.   We would like to apologize for the delay in opening bus pass registrations for the 2026–2027 school year. Our online registration website is currently receiving its final updates to ensure a smooth and reliable registration process.
To avoid any delays, Transdev Canada Inc. will be accepting school bus pass registrations by email and in person from Monday, July 13, 2026, through Sunday, July 26, 2026.


All registration applications and required documents must be emailed to:   yellowknife@transdev.com


Existing Students (from the 2025–2026 School Year)
If your child was registered for a bus pass during the 2025–2026 school year, please email the following information to yellowknife@transdev.com
  1.   2025–2026 Bus Pass Number
  2.   Updated student photo
  3.   Grade for the 2026–2027 school year
  4.   Any changes to your home address
  5.   Any changes to the school your child will be attending


New Students
If your child is registering for a bus pass for the first time, please email the following information to yellowknife@transdev.com
  1.   Student photo
  2.   Grade for the 2026–2027 school year
  3.   Home address
  4.   Alternate address (if applicable)
  5.   School name
  6.   Any special transportation instructions
  7.   Primary emergency contact (name and phone number)
  8.   Secondary emergency contact (name and phone number)


Registration Process
Once we receive your bus pass registration, it will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
After your registration has been processed, you will receive:
  1.   Assigned route number
  2.   Pick-up location and time
  3.   Drop-off location and time
  4.   Payment instructions
NOTE: Bus passes will only be printed after payment has been received.


In-Person Registration
Families without internet access are welcome to register in person at:
Transdev Canada Inc.
107 Kam Lake Road
Yellowknife, NT X1A 0G5
Office Hours (July 13–26)
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Our staff will manually collect your information and complete the registration for you.
Bus Pass Distribution
Once printed, all bus passes will be delivered directly to the respective schools for students to pick up before the start of the school year.


Important Information
 • All applications and supporting documents must be submitted to: yellowknife@transdev.com
 • Applications submitted before July 13, 2026, will not be processed.
 • Zip ties are mandatory and must be used to attach the bus pass securely to the student's backpack.
 • Please ensure all information submitted is complete and accurate to help avoid delays in processing.
